Warranty Policy
All Big Agnes products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect. We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents or damages caused by uses other than intended. Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care may be repaired at a reasonable charge. Products returned for repair must be clean and free of debris. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and the customer will be contacted regarding any repairs or charges.
Returns and Exchanges
New, unused products must be returned with a receipt to the place of purchase. Products sent to Big Agnes for exchange must also be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. When returning product to Big Agnes, please include a completed return form, We recommend that you insure and include delivery confirmation on all packages sent to Big Agnes. We are not responsible for lost packages. After we receive and evaluate your return, we will contact you with any questions or if there will be a cost for repair. If you have a time constraint, please note it on your return form and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please include any other pertinent information that may help us process your return more efficiently.
