What’s in a Name?

Informally named by mountain explorer Robert Ormes, Anvil Horn is one of many "unnamed peaks" within the Park Range of the Mount Zirkel Wilderness. Standing at 11,705 feet with 325 feet of prominence, it's ranked the 10th-tallest peak in the range.
