What’s in a Name?

As an only child, Jean C. Tufly moved with her parents to Clark, CO (north of Steamboat Springs) where she eventually met and married Hollis Tufly in 1936. The Tuflys ran Vista Verde Ranch, managing a number of summer cabins and hunting camps each fall until selling the land in 1973. Jean worked hard all her life and enjoyed cooking, sewing, being a 4-H leader, and serving on the Colorado State Extension Homemaker Council.
