Utilizing the same innovative materials and systems as our award winning sleeping bags, we have created a line of warm, technical, and insulating jackets that are just as ready for dawn patrol turns as they are for sunset happy hours. With 700 fill power DownTek™ you can add warmth to your jacket quiver without increasing bulk.
Our top priority is to provide customer service as stellar as the award-winning products we create. If one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, contact our customer service team and we will help you find gear that fits your needs.
Down sleeping bag insulation has long been the favorite of backpackers, thru-hikers, and mountaineers due to its relative light weight and ability to pack down small. While down bags generally cost more and require more care to keep dry in humid conditions, the soft feel of down is unsurpassed and extremely popular.
Insotect Flow™ Design
With baffles running head to toe, Insotect Flow™ construction contours the user’s body. This allows more insulation to rest closer to the user, providing improved fit and comfort. To overcome downshifting within vertical baffle construction Insotect Flow™ uses Insotect’s own proprietary FlowGate™ technology. These are gates staggered along the vertical thermal channels, keeping the insulation in place, eliminating any shifting and working to maintain uniform insulation coverage. Uniform insulation coverage delivers fewer cold spots.

What’s in a Name?
Hole in Wall Canyon is about 25 miles north of Steamboat next to the Mt. Zirkel Wilderness area and the Elk River. A favorite local spot for climbing, camping, and backcountry skiing, there are five different crags to climb: TR Wall, Shield of Titans, The Needle, Stump Buttress, and Wallmart. The Needle is a classic 5.7+, 2 pitch, trad. climb up a low-angle face to a belay 30 feet under a roof, then climbs up to the roof and traverses right into a steep exposed face to the summit. It is not unusual to spot a moose on the opposing ridge in this amazing alpine setting.
