We may like to sleep in the dirt, but we try to avoid sitting in it.
We like to think we know something about camp comfort. It's safe to say we're a bit obsessed with how to make gear comfortable and still maintain high quality, lightweight properties with technical design and materials. Camp furniture is no exception. Sure, it's not as much of an integral piece of your backcountry survival kit as a sleeping bag or tent, but when it comes to comfort a chair is pretty high up there with needing to get it right in our book. We are proud to present our Big Agnes line of Camp Furniture. You'll find a lot of similarities with our camping gear; simple and intuitive setup, thoughtful, innovative design, and comfort to the highest degree. We may like to sleep in the dirt, but we try to avoid sitting in it.
Lightweight camp chairs for the backcountry and beyond.
It might be easy to think, ’a camp chair is a camp chair, this heavy, bulky one I ’ve been lugging around for 12 years is great as long as I don’t have to put it in my car or try to carry it somewhere’. Yeah, we've been there. And guess what, a really awesome camp chair is one you can take anywhere, including on a hike, backpacking, to a concert, over to your freinds BBQ, and it takes up as much room in your car/pack/stroller as a loaf of bread would. Not your old camp chair is it?
Never ones to shy away from ultimate comfort, the Big Six chairs are designed with a premium “take it easy” Big Agnes attitude. Bring deluxe comfort with you wherever your travels take you, even if that's just outside on your own back deck. With a tall back you can really sink into, comfy seat width and leg height so that you can get in and out of the Big Six with little effort. Quick to set up when extra friends show up for a BBQ and small enough to break down and toss in your trunk on the way to a soccer game or quick overnight by the lake.

Ultralight backpacking stools and chairs for the backcountry and beyond.
Skyline Camp Chair
Packing an ultralight chair or stool into the backcountry hasn't always been an option, right? Chairs were too bulky and heavy, stools weren’t comfortable or sturdy enough to be worthwhile. We’ve all been there; sitting on a sleeping pad, rock, log, the cold, hard ground after a long day on trail and wishing we could just kick back and relax those tired legs and feet. The Skyline UL chair and stool, with our patented Hubless design, give you the option of a compact, super comfortable seat wherever you need one.
Breaking down to pack-up size roughly the same dimensions as a water bottle, it's so easy to carry comfort with you on the longest of journeys or short day hikes to have lunch by a waterfall. The UL seats are comfortable enough to just stash away for use during a regular car camping adventure or concerts in the park where you don’t want to carry a heavy chair.
Big Agnes Camp Tables are designed to be sturdy, lightweight companions to your backcountry chairs and kitchen. You’ll appreciate the convenience of having another solid surface for setting your beverages, food, or your camp stove on. Set chairs around for mealtime; the aluminum pole system and hard top surface solve the problem of where to eat when there’s no picnic table provided. The two pound Woodchuck packs small and travels into the backcountry well; keep the Soul Kitchen handy for when guests show up and you need a “kids” table. “I wish we didn’t have this super sturdy table here at camp to put all our extra stuff on, what an inconvenience.” - said No One Ever.
