Warranty Repairs

The Big Agnes warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for the lifetime of the product. We’re unable to determine warranty coverage until we’ve had the chance to personally inspect the gear. Any warranty damage will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Big Agnes.

Non-Warranty Repairs

Well-loved gear is bound to pick up a few battle scars over time. When that happens, we’ll do everything we can to refurbish and repair it so you can get back out there.

We’re able to fix most common issues, including small holes, rips, and tears, worn-out zipper sliders that are splitting, broken poles, and damaged hardware. We also offer patch repairs for items like sleeping bags and jackets.

Once our Repair Technicians have a chance to evaluate your gear in the warehouse, we can provide a more accurate estimate of the repair cost.

What We Can't Repair

Limitations & Exclusions

While we always aim to repair gear whenever possible to keep it in use and out of the landfill, there are some limits to what we can take on. In some cases, the damage may be too extensive, the materials may be too worn or brittle, or the hardware may be too corroded to safely fix. Other times, the cost of repair may end up being higher than simply replacing the item. There are also a few services we’re not able to offer in-house, such as washing tents, waterproofing, seam sealing, or full zipper replacements. If your gear falls into any of these categories, we’ll be happy to help guide you toward the best next option.
