Subject to the California Electronic Waste Recycling Act (the “Act”), amended by California Senate Bill 1215, effective January 1, 2026, certain electronic products manufactured by Big Agnes, sold by retailers in California are required to include a Covered Battery-Embedded Product Recycling Fee. The Act provides a comprehensive system for the reuse, recycling, and disposal of covered electronic devices. Retailers are responsible for collecting the waste recycling fee at time of sale for covered battery-embedded products sold to consumers in California.
