Inspired by the trout found here in Colorado, these original prints offer tribute to the colorful inhabitants of our rivers and highlight our commitment to the conservation of river ecosystems.
Through our partnership with the Yampa River Fund, we support their efforts dedicated to preserving a healthy water supply, and protecting the wildlife habitat where trout swim freely and our community thrives. A portion of sales proceeds from these furniture models will be donated to the Yampa River Fund
Now the site of Colorado Mountain College Steamboat campus, with views of the mountain and town, once served as the original location of Carl Howelsen's ski jumps. The first jumping exhibition took place here during the winter of 1913. The jumps were soon relocated to their current location across the river.
